Mattress
Most midi beds use standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk comes with a security rail for extra security. Some models have a fabulous pull out drawer for a trundle to sleep in or additional storage space beneath the bed. These can be either open or equipped with a door (please look at the product details for more information).
Many midi cabins come with desks that can be moved from one level to the other, or chests. This gives children the space they need to store everything they own. It also means that they don't need to take up floor space by putting up large wardrobes or shelves.
Some models have gone a step further by having cabinets that are flush mounted or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storage of toys and books.
